Did that happen as soon as you had the work done?
Can you or did you bring this to the attention of whom ever did the job?
Assuming the car started when you brought it home from the exhaust shop, how long has it been between that trip and when it no longer started?
Was an ark welder used? If so, was the battery disconnected?
Smoke came from the carburetor and its smelling really bad.
