Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Will a Galaxie stepped tri-power intake work properly on my 63 t-bird?  What oval air cleaner cover with 3 carb holes come off of? Also why is there a linkage attached to the air vent on the carb? one of the 3 have a round vent? Also will original 427 cobra rocker covers fit my 390 with the above mentioned setup? And where do I find a long throttle linkage rod for my tri-power project?
Any help will be appreciated, Thanks hiet

You need to find a classic Ford website where you can post these questions- my guess is they're a little too specialized for a site like this. But I will take a stab at your first question: I would think there's a lot less clearance under the hood of a "Rocketbird" than a Galaxie, so I would question whether the parts are interchangeable, unless they have the same part numbers.
