It doesn't turn over is what you are asking about? It has fuel and spark you say?

Ok, that tells the story. So with starting fluid it will run until burnt up. I am assuming the pump you mentioned is the fuel pump? And did you change the fuel filter? What I am getting at is you may have to do a bleed down test on the fuel system, by hooking up a gauge in line, let it build up to pressure then turn the key off. Take note of the fuel pressure before turning the key off. Pressure should not drop more than 5 lbs in 3 minutes. If it does then there is a leak in the regulator, injectors, or the lines running to these components.
