what is the largest tire size you can put on the 1987 4x4 ranger, the shop I called said 235 75 15, but want to make sure

any bigger than 235 75 15 and your going to run into rubbing

if you have the tools and time i would suggest buying a block body lift to raise your body up then without modiiffing you suspension you can 33"+ tires on without the problem of rubbing. Body lifts are fairly inexpensive.

I had 31x 10.5's on my bronco II with a 2" lift. When it was stock I had 235/75/15's, that's the biggest you can fit on the wheels, the width of the rim is more of the limiting factor in this one.

What is the largest tires I can put on my 1994 ford ranger Xl? Or If i put a 4inch lift then what size?
