I have a 1993 ford ranger splash 4x4 4.0l 5 spd anyone know how baddly 31" tires will affect the gas mileage and overall power?

ive got a 97 STX Extened cab thats 4x4 4.0l and 5 speed with 31x10.50s on it..shes a little doggy on the get up and go but i get about 20 on the highway and 18 in the city... relative to how i drive it
