What body parts will universally fit the 83 F-350

I have an 83 f-350 with a utility bed. Quite a bit of rust out here and ther. As I pound the salvage yards for suitable replacements, what years and models can I include in my search?

I believe Ford used the same body on these from 1977 on up through about 1988. You may want to do an interchange search for a part, say, a fender, on www.car-part.com, which will spit back a lot of results with what vehicle they came off of, so you can get a year range.

Fenders '80-'86. Doors '80-'97. The handles are different from '87 up, but the sheetmatal is the same. Are you anywhere near ZIP 10520? I have two doors and two fenders, and a hood too. Nearly rust free.
