Where is the EEC Power Relay located? Does it have another name?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This is a 1987, 8 cylinder, 5.0 liter.  Truck won't start.  I have no power to anything on the dash.  I do have headlights.

try replaceing ignition modgel,is eather on dist,or on top of ac is a gray box a plug in about 4 to 5 wires to it.
