89 S-10 durango 4.3 ltr. throttle body dumping fuel & flooding engine. Could that be the pressure regulater on top?

Always check water temp sensor on manifold and oxygen sensor when they are not working the ecm goes into a engine cold mode and pumps extra gas and floods out the engine,if you still have the problem check out your tbi sensors and ecm
