about da engine

absolutely ! but why? .you can pick up a junk yard engine for about 500 bucks. you might have to change the intake for the fuel injection, unless you have no emmisions in your state, also the 70 engine isn't metric ,you'll need new tranny mounting bolts intake manifold all the bolts for the accessories (alt.p/s.a/c). you should look into it a little more.
