Engine swap in 1982 Corolla

The engine in my 1982 Corolla locked up, and I was wondering what kind of options I have in replacing it, without getting crazy with motor mounts and all that.  It's got Wiseco pistons and twin Solex Mikuni carbs.  I would apprecite links or websites that would be useful.

Okay so I am basically just looking for places that sell a 3-TC or 13T (japanese version) engine. I can't find any places online that sell it and offer a price. And I fuckin didn't spell APPRECIATE right
