How do you change the spark plugs on a 2000
Toyota Sienna

You can get to half of them easily on the front side of the engine but the back 3 require you to remove the clean-air manifold. Be careful when doing that as there are a handful of ground wires that must be replaced when you are putting it back together. I'd also recommend changing one plug at a time so you don't get things mixed up.
