I have a 2000 Toyota Sienna CE and I need to disassemble the dash

I have a 2000 Toyota Sienna CE with 2 problems that one answer will solve both. My speedometer bulbs
blew out and my HVAC diverter knob has mechanical problems (it sticks between Defrost and MaxCool
vents) Does anyone know how to remover the large Dash trim piece that goes around the entire gauge
cluster and the top of the center dash console with the HVAC controls in it? Any advice is appreciated!

Try prying straight out.

It will not budge. Must be screwed in but cant find where??
