How to replace the drivers seat belt on 2006 chevy silverado truck

Trucks seat belt on the drivers side would not release so i had to cut the belt. Now i need to replace the seat belt. This truck has only 85,000 miles on it.The seat beat comes from the top of the drivers sear and has a lap part with it
