how much does it cost to reset HHR radio

That all depends on the shops labor rate. Most shops have a minimum charge. Just remove the audio fuses from the inside fuse box, wait 5 minutes then put the fuses back in. You will loose all the presets but if the radio head is working properly it will return to factory settings. If it won’t reset then the head will need replaced and good luck finding one. Aftermarket might be your only option.
