F150 doesnt start, new battery, just clicks

Changed neutral safety switch truck ran fine now
doesnt start, just clicks when trying to start, hear
clicking at fuse box

Check cables on starter. Make sure its NOT hooked up like this. (see pic) had a truck like that same issue moved the black lead to the mounting bolt on the starter and it fired right up. Set up like this the click you hear is just the solenoid popping up next to the flywheel there is no power going to the motor to turn it. At least on the truck I had this was the problem. AGAIN this pic is wrong
