1994 F150 Truck Just Clicks Won't Start!

I have a 94 F150 Automatic 5.8L 351 and one day it
would just click and not start tried it a few mins later
it started, that night same thing but put battery
charger on it and it started, next day drove it not
even a mile it dies won't start but cranks over. The
last time it died and cranked over the ignition
module was bad so that was the first thing we
checked and it was good. So now we change the
solenoid, tried different battery, different starter
(when the starter is jumped it'll turn and work but
doesn't on the truck), change battery terminals,
checked some of the wiring and it still just clicks.
Nothing makes it try to start or even start...has
anyone had this problem and got it fixed??? Any
ideas or suggestions I didn't mention would be
totally helpful!! Been messing with it for two week
and counting.

I forgot to mentioned we checked voltage from battery to starter and it came to be 11.5 but is said the little difference it would still at least do something.

will the motor turn over by hand ? if you loosen the plugs and put a socket on the front will it turn over ? make sure the starter isn't a piece of crap , rebuilds can be iffy , and they usually don't have a new one in stock

When the starter is unhooked it still won't turn over, it should so it's something with no juice to the starter or some sort

you need a multi tester to see what has power and what doesn't everything needs a good ground too

We tested a lot of things to see if they had power or not and we can't find anything that it could be still.
