hesitation on starting

I have a 2007 Ford Focus with 141K miles and I've had it for about a year. In
the last few weeks, mainly in the morning, it acts like it doesn't want to start.
All the lights come on, it sounds like wants to turn on, but it will not start right
away like before. I keep trying and it does but I don't know if it could be the
altinator or the starter, or something else? All the lights and buzzers go off so
I dont think its the battery.

Try the simple things first replace air filter clean throttle with throttle body cleaner add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank and change fuel filter filter if your vehicle has one.
