Miles? Check engine light on? V-6?

I am having the same issue with my 2006 Mustang GT, 5-speed that has over 213,000 miles on it. I replaced the plugs last spring along with the inline fuel filter. The car has almost always had a hard jerk after stopping then starting when coming off of the interstate. But this new slight jerk/hesitation is happening during a bogged down acceleration, like when I slow to about 20MPH/1500RPM but keep the transmission in 4th or 5th. I took it to Ford and they said it was one of the original coil packs, so I had them replace it. That was about 2-3 weeks ago and the car seemed to be doing well until this morning, when it started doing the jerking/hesitation again. The Ford shop did ask if they should replace the plugs, too, in case they were fouled and I said no as the one coil pack and labor seemed like a lot of money to me.
