Fan not working 69 camaro

My poor husband is looking to
figure out if Ryu his fan is stopped
working in his 69 Camaro Miss
down the basics check the fuses
and so forth but he is a bit
confused as to what he can check
next. It does not have a see if that
helps anyone

That was talk text...sorry for jumbled message, he has checked the fuses, it does not have air conditioning oh, that is what I meant any suggestions on what he can look for next

Are you talking about hvac blower motor? If so, two wire connector at blower motor, that is voltage and ground. Take connector loose, use both ends of test light on those terminals, key on, hvac on, does the test light come on? Test it on hi speed, hi speed doesn't use a resistor. If no lite, you missing either voltage or ground. If you have good voltage and ground and no blower motor action, suspect the blower motor. Just my opinion.

50 year old car. I would remove the fan and run power directly to it to check it.
