alternators & voltage regulator

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I cannot get the alternator light to go out, new alternator and a new voltage regulator.  Ran extra grounds from back of guage pannel to metal ground.  Any suggestions will be appreciated

Ended up being the new, out of the box, voltage regulator, made in China
