Vibration - 1995 Toyota Tacoma

Asked by jollysue Feb 24, 2011 at 01:00 PM about the 1995 Toyota Tacoma

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1995 automatic Toyota Tacoma.  It has always had a very mild vibration,
but recently it has worsened.  It vibrates really bad while stopped in drive at stop
lights.  If I put it in Neutral it hardly vibrates at all.  I recently had the oil changed
and the vibration worsened.  Any ideas?

My started to vibrate to, but the check engine light wasn't on i just went to autozone and had it plug in to check. Found out i had a misfire on cylinder 3. So if i were you ill change the spark plugs. And see if thats the problem, if you haven't changed them. hint... Then you go buy the spark plug just buy the ones they recommend, nothing changes if you buy more expensive ones, just remember gap them, ask them and they will tell you how to gap your spark plugs. And ya its important gap them. hope my info helped.
