1995 toyota camry 2.2 5sfe motor cutting out under acceleration

Ok i have a 1995 toyota camry 2.2 5sfe
motor my car has just started cutting out
on me under acceleration idle is ok but
once warmed up i go to push on the
throttle it starts to choke almost and cuts
out sometimes it will nearly die out when i
push on throttle but will kick back in i
changed the coolant temp sensor still the
same any suggestions it just keept cutting
out on me all the way home its like
chokeing once warmed up and i push on
throttle and either dies out or wants to die
out
