I have a Toyota corolla.I recently bought engine coolant and on insrtructions, it said do not add water. So am i not suppossed to put water in the radiator??.. i just put the coolant in the resevoir

If it said do not add water the coolant is probably a 50/50 mixture of coolant and distilled water. It is not necessary to add water. This should be explained on the label. What brand of coolant did you buy?
