Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Some times when I tried to turn the car over it don't want to do
nothing is that mean I need a new starter

Not necessarily starter, if your battery is older than 5 years it may have lived it life-span. But it can be load tested before laying money out for a new one. Or just corroded or loose terminals on it. Now, the fuel problem. Your 1.6 is probably the 4A FE ...if it looks like this. The fuel pressure can be tested. If that is NOT what your engine looks like, let us know, you have a later generation but still a 4A FE click for full screen ...and just one more thing..is that a typo, put a new (coupon)?
