Either a bad tire, or unbalanced wheel, possible worn suspension parts like a strut or control arm and maybe a wheel bearing. If this is a all wheel drive, then there may be something worn in the drive line. Just have to get it checked out. If continuing to drive with this vibration could cause more damage.
