2003 toyota corolla

I tried to install a factory radio and when i
put it in it started smoming so i immediately
took it out. Now my car dash lights wont
work. Windows wont roll down blinkers do
not work. What is going on. Ive checked all
the fuses i dont know which relay to replace
please help

Have you checked all the wiring under the dash near the radio? Make sure all the ground wires are still connected. Call the dealer from which you purchased the radio, they may have some answers for you. Hope this helps.
