*Edit* I take it that it ran before the timing chain swap? Or did it break. The only thing that I can think of would be that you have the cam 180 deg out. The timing is triggered by the crank w/ 7 notches (6 primary and one for TDC) If the timing chain was installed with the cam 180 out your spark signal will be 30 degrees early or late!!! ??? (Sorry meant cam) If you installed the timing chain correctly the next step would be to check the hall sensor on the front of the motor. The one in the middle of the crank sends the signal to the ICM for spark. The sensor on the front of the car controls low speed fuel and spark advance (by the balancer), if damaged your injectors may not fire.

It has a new crank sensor and its in time cause you can spray it and it will run

The crank sensor mid block controls spark. The one behind the balancer fine tunes the sequential fuel injection. You had to remove it to do the timing. Check it.
