Sometimes, this can be due to a faulty bulb, or a bulb of a different "duty" rating being in one socket. Have you changed any bulbs since this occurred?

One of my tail lights were out and so I replaced it and it was still blinking really fast and so I replaced another one in my headlights (both right side) and my right turn signal still blinks really fast.

Are all of the bulbs on the affected side of the same brand/part # or duty rating? I would ensure that they are as this is the easiest and cheapest fix. Aside from that, ensure that all the socket contacts are clean. I hope this helps you out.
