My blinkers keep blinking constantly, how do i fix?

On a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am, i have no radio
in the car.When i press my blinkers they
click normally but after they release...it
blinks crazy like a bulb is missing..but it
does not show on the outside

My 2004 did that as well, however I still have radio just can't see the stations. Eventually the blinkers stop working, however if you hit the flashers it will stop it from doing it temporarily. And if they stop working hit the flashers and they will work again. Took to several shops they didn't know why.
