Grand Prix dying

Asked by Klista Dec 29, 2016 at 10:52 AM about the 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Grand Prix. The other day
driving home it started sputtering/coughing
really badly then died. I was able to coax it
into restarting and coast it into my
driveway where it died again. Now it will
not start. When I try to start it, the motor
turns over but never catches. I can hear
the fuel pump kick on so I don't think that's
the issue.
Any ideas?
