On my 99 LX470 I can only open the drivers window from the drivers seat. All other windows will open from teir respective switch. Any suggestions?

Check fuses on panel, then check all connectors, check for kinked or frayed wire, then lastly, the circuit board for your panel! Not an easy task as you are checking for continuity between connections. If its the circuit board on your arm rest I would suggest a junk yard for a known good operating board. Make sure they have some type of guarantee as these are expensive new! Hope this helps
