Drain the fuel tank, drop the fuel tank, clamp fuel lines or drain them into a gas can after you disconnect them from the old fuel pump, disconnect the wiring harness from the old fuel pump, pull out the old fuel pump, assemble and install new fuel pump, reconnect everything and re-install fuel tank. Make sure you check the fill hoses while you have the fuel tank out of the vehicle.
