You sure the boys in the neighborhood aren't messing with you? If you cannot locate the fuse, you could always disconnect the battery.

Under the hood should be not 1 but 2 power distribution boxes near battery... FUSE / RELAYS pull the anti theft or horn 1 this is such a COMMON NISSAN issue there are 4 different procedures start by removing ANTI theft relay 2002 - 2005 check it then try HORN 1 HORN 2 you'll locate the correct relay to disable it and the Dealer didn't charge you $300

That is one of the problems none of my fuses are labeled. Not one! Isn't it illegal to drive without a horn? I will disable it if I could find it. No one is messing with my car. I was told today police were going to be called for disturbing the peace. If I had money I would fix it. I want to do it on my own. Just don't know what fuse it is.

Lock your doors then hook your battery up then unlock your car with your key. That should fix your problem
