Alarm goes off with key on Nissan Murano 2003 SL

I have tried many times opening my car without the
control but the alarm keeps going off. I insert the
key like normal and when I open the door it starts
beeping. When I start my car with the key it won't
stop either. Is there a way that I could unlock my car
with using the remote? I lost the remote to open my
car so idk what to do.

My 2005 nissan murano sl awd at times it jerks like something is wrong with the transmission?what could be wrong with it before i buy a transmission.
