bought a car odometer said 55k timing belt broke at 63k on 98 eclipse looks like motor has over a hundred thousand on it. does the as is still matter?

if you can "carfax" the vehicle and it proves to show more actual milage than when purchased....this would constitute fraud on behalf of the seller

not sure what you mean by the is the as is still mattter. what are you asking?

The as is was for a 55k can and like the other guy said if you can prove that the car has over that with a car fax or some other way than i dont think the as is would matter. That was fraud and im sure that you could take the seller to court.
