No heat and loss of power

My 94 gmc has lost heating and it has lost some power
when under load... is there anyway that the two are
connected?

F_O_R, the coolant has been topped off for a while. The loss of power is more like a vacuum leak.

The loss of heating tells me you may have an air bubble in the cooling system. If you think you have a vacuum leak then look for one. Unless it is large you would not lose power.
