Do a compression test and see what you get for a result. I'm betting on a head gasket problem. It needs fixing asap to save the engine, assuming it is not too late already.

Ok I have a 1995 Lincoln town car and looks like coolent or water has gone to the engine check the dip stick an its looks like a chocolate milky color and to be honest the car been sitting for about 3to6 u think its to late for the engine
