Possible weather seal leak on the windows, evaporator clogged up and draining into cabin, or heater core issue.

A common issue is leaking where the heater fan pulls in fresh air by the windshield. The vent uses a seal and if it starts leaking you will get water in the cabin on the passenger side especially after heavy rain or car wash. You can find videos on you tube that address this.A leaking heater core will usually cause your windows to fog up when running the defrosters and a hint of anti freeze may be present.

Under the hood on the passenger side where the water from rain, etc is supposed to drain, there is a rubber flap that lets that water drain out into the the engine compartment. If leaves and debris gets into that area, it will block that flap from opening and water will seep down into the cabin by the passenger side floor board and eventually to the back passenger floor board. Raise the hood, look for that rubber flap just under the windshield wiper towards the outside of the car. I had the same problem and that was the answer.
