Key wont turn

My 2007 jetta. Wont start. The key wont turn
enough to even roll up the Windows.help

this is a common issue with volkswagons. wiggle the key and take the weight of the steering wheel off your saftey lock should do the trick and you will need a new igniton modual (the thing your key goes into)
