Where are oil & transmission drain plugs for 2002 LS?

oil drain plus is the bolt on the oil pan on the bottom of the engine, the transmission drain plug is at the bottom of the transmission, its most likely a screw with a 3/8 square head that a ratchet fits into.

2005 Lincoln LS oil filter is on the driver side and the oil drain plug is on the passenger side located on the side of the oil pan. See picture for plug location.
