Code 0420 come up

I Have a 2006 Lincoln Nav the cataylic converter been replaced twice. When I had 60,000 and 112,000. Don;t know why 0420 code keep coming up.

have you changed your oxygen scensors,or the muffler,you know they can stop up to and through out a code.
