My 2016 Elantra WATER on the passenger front floor

My 2016 Elantra has a soaking wet passenger front floor board. The rear view
mirror was replaced a week ago  after the plastic back was broken off, and we
did have lots of rain, but there is no evidence of wetness except on the floor. It
is a little LAKE! Any ides or suggestions? recalls? Looks there are 41 recalls
out there on this car?
