95 T-Bird "O/D Off" light flashing & odometer/speedometer isn't working

Asked by blinkyvx Jul 09, 2011 at 01:13 PM about the 1995 Ford Thunderbird

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Reset my mileage button below the mileage reading. The speedometer dropped to "0" and now doesn't work, the light is also flashing, odometer is also not working.

Is it the vehicle speed sensor? Gears? wires? Behind the speedometer/odometer?

Trans fluid is normal and at correct level. 58k miles

Any one know where the vehicle speed sensor is how to check if its working correctly?
