I have a 2015 town and country. The air won't blow at all in the front vents or through the defrost vents, but works on the feet and in the back. What on earth could this be???

under dash at heater side the diverter flap ,,vacuum operated is stuck from no vacuum or,,a pencil dropped down the vent tube at defroster grille blocking movement or maybe this system has an electric motor drive and the fuse is blown for it
