I have a mini van an it blows warm air out in the back an the defrost works but it will not put heat out in the front?

My van heats in the back the defrost works. But the heat in the front does not work when I
try to turn it on it almost sounds like something is trying to run but it just aint working.

If you hear it then you have something stuck in the blower motor or it needs replaced.
