Car not turning over

Asked by Guru17D56 Sep 29, 2019 at 08:56 PM about the 2015 Chevrolet Cruze

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2015 Chevy Cruze that out of
the blue a few days ago wouldn't start.
I had the battery, alternator and starter
checked EACH came back that they
were good. Now when I try to start my
car there is a CONSTANT clicking
sound my dash, radio and lights come
on and work but I keep getting
SEVERAL messages across my dash
ranging from "Service Stabilitrak
System, Battery Saver Mode Active,
Service Traction Control, Service
Power Steering to name a few.... is
this a malfunction in the computer or
is it a sensor? Also (before all this)
when I would give my car gas the RPM
would go all the way to 5 or 6 just to
get it to 35MPH.... PLEASE HELP

I've only had it a year so I'll take it to the dealer and see to it that they fix it...

I should also point out that it still starts it just takes a long time.... when the car is off and I disconnect the negative post, when I touch the post with the wire, it sparks when the keys aren't even in the ignition so I had someone tell me its a parasitic drain and I'll have to find out where its coming from
