My ac is not properly cooling the car???!

I just got a new compressor put on my car
and the ac is not properly cooling the car.
Also if I press on the break hard it's like a
pause in the ac for a second and then it kicks
back on. I also had the mechanic to change
my cabin filter and now anytime I turn the ac
pass the 3rd notch I hear an leaf blower/ lawn
mower noise.

I'd take the car back to the mechanic to make it right. It sounds like they didn't properly check their work when done.
