Chevy trailblazer stuck in 2 hi

I've been trying to get my trailblazer in 4 hi
and it's stuck in 2. I turn the switch and all
it does is blink until the blinking light goes
off. The light doesn't stay on at all no
matter what you put it in

Normally it is the 4WD Actuator that shifts it to the 4x4 and back to 2x2. Its an electrical part underneath the vehicle by the front axle.

Drive it back and forth slowly in a straight line and stop and try shifting again. It make take several tries though. It is always a good idea to exercise the transfer case during the year to keep everything working smoothly rather than waiting for winter to find out it is stuck.
