I'm sure you mean "Bumper Cover", which is the plastic fascia that wraps around the bumper underneath. I'm also sure if you have a bumper cover with built in fog light recesses you can also get any missing plastic lens for those. Try a salvage yard or local parts dismantler, in addition to any online vendors.
I brought a 2014 and one fog light cover is missing and I have been told to get a cover for that hole because it doesn't have fog lights I have to buy a new bumper. Is that true?
