They probably wont be on sale its still 2013 there not desperate to get rid of them yet to make room for 2014's. i would wait till late in the year perhaps if you want the best deal

Civics are about all that are left for 2012, and that is only because they did an early mid cycle refresh of the vehicle for 2013 because the 2012s were so poorly rated in Consumer's Reports and other publications. @ tenspeed: Possibly, if he's ok with the remaining 2012 inventory to choose from. There's $1000 dealer cash currently on 2012s, until 4/30. But he mentioned he was looking for a 2013. I would also consider some competing models in this category, as there have been some redesigns that have greatly improved some competitors, although the 2013 mid cycle refresh of the Civic did improve some of the issues of the "all new" 203 Civic.
